ICO Announcement: Powercorp Pre-ICO & ICO Dates Confirmed
In order to provide early investors a benefit of opportunity and to increase the reach of the PowerCorp token sale, the ICO sale will now be conducted in two phases: Pre-ICO and Main ICO.
As usual, the pre-ICO will be conducted first, targeting the early investors and bidders who wish to get more coins at lower rates. The pre-ICO sale of Powercoins will be conducted from June 19, 2018. The main ICO event will be held for general public and buyers who wish to buy tokens for personal use or for trading purposes. The ICO sale will be organized in October 2018.
Power corp ICO Schedule
As of now, the company will only provide its tokens through the official ICO sales which are scheduled as below:
Pre-ICO: 19 June 2018 to October 2018
Main ICO: October 2018 to 01 November 2018
Price Per PC Token — $0.50
Tokens for sale — 500 million (50% of total tokens)
Token Distribution
As mentioned above, 50% of the total PC tokens will be put on sale during the ICO for investors, advisors, general public and the bounty program. Out of the remaining 50% tokens, 40% is used for asset acquisition for Power Corp vault and 10% is reserved for the founders of the company. You can see the detailed token allocation mechanism below:

- 40% — Asset Acquisition 4 Power Corp Power Vault
- 10% — Founders
- 5% — Green Power Company, e.g. for the remuneration of advisors, etc.
- 2% — Bounty program
Since Power Coin is an asset-backed cryptocurrency, a significant part of the tokens will be invested in the acquisition of assets which will provide value to the tokens. The investors can trade their PC tokens for actual assets and vice-versa.
The tokens sold during the Power Corp ICO sale will be disbursed to the Power Corp wallets of respective investors soon after the sale is finished. These tokens could be used for trading on the Digital Asset Exchange platform which will be integrated with the PC wallet. Token holders can also use their coins to purchase power mining leases which are secured leases designed specifically for the mining of cryptocurrencies.
PC Token buying process
The ICO and pre-ICO sales will be held on the official website of Power Corp. The process of buying Power Coins during the sale is quite easy. Investors will have to create an account on the website. After creating an account, they can use the ‘Buy Token Now’ option on the account dashboard to start buying.
Make sure to have sufficient BTC amount in your wallet to be able to buy new tokens. The tokens will be transferred to the PC wallet account of the particular investors post a successful transaction.
